The Cokin high quality metal filter adaptor ring will allow you to fit a Cokin or Kood P series  filter holder onto your lens. 
This 49-82 mm adaptor ring will allow you fit a Cokin or Kood P series filter holder onto your 49-82 mm lens filter thread. 

Don't forget you will require a filter holder to put the P series filters into.

Top Tip - If you are unsure of the size you require, most lens caps will have the filter thread size stamped on the back of them. The lens will also have an indication somewhere, ususally denoted by a diameter symbol ø with a number after it which indicates the filter thread size.
